Born and raised in sunny San Diego, real estate agent Holly Sanders never desired to venture far from the city she calls home. Her regional knowledge and housing market proficiency make her a local buying and selling expert. Holly’s ultimate mission is to help her clients find their perfect Southern California home.

For Holly, real estate is a family business, and she got involved at an early age. Her parents invested in property flips, and as a teen, she was responsible for scheduling home and lot showings. A fast study with a keen eye for detail, Holly quickly learned what to look for in a property.

As an adult, she completed a Bachelor of Science in psychology, and her background in the social sciences now helps her to connect with and understand her clients.

In 2012, Holly started working with a local broker. Her love for real estate was reignited, and she decided to dive headfirst into the industry. Since obtaining her license in 2014, she has thrived on helping her clients to achieve their real estate goals, and it shows. Holly has been nominated and voted into the top 10 of San Diego’s best real estate agents in the San Diego Union-Tribune readers poll every year since 2015. In 2016, Holly earned a Green Designation from the National Association of REALTORS®; she especially enjoys working with clients who want to live green and reduce their environmental impact.

Holly prides herself on her honesty and empathy and she treats all her clients with the same level of respect and service — from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. And in negotiations, Holly is a force. Her resolve to pursue her clients’ best interests empowers her to seek nothing but the best.

A successful “mompreneur,” Holly balances her real estate career and family life, spending as much time as she can with her 3 children. She speaks fluent Vietnamese and has a variety of interests, including art and fostering rescue animals. She is also passionate about special education, ocean conservation, and other philanthropic causes. With every transaction that Holly closes, hundreds of trees are replanted in heavily deforested areas across the globe, working directly with local villagers to create livelihood and income for the village people as well.
